How payment works

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The free trial needs no card; you only pay once you subscribe to a plan.

    Subscribe with your card

    In Settings › Billing, click "Subscribe with card" and enter your debit or credit card on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.

    Plan activated

    Your plan is activated as soon as the first payment is confirmed, and Stripe emails you a receipt.

  4. 4

    Renews automatically

    Your card is charged automatically at the start of each month or year, with a receipt by email each time, until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings › Billing and your plan runs to the end of the paid period.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Switch plan or between monthly and yearly in Settings › Billing. The change applies straight away and your card is charged (or credited) the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Debit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), processed securely by Stripe. Your card is charged automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel, and you can update your card any time under Manage billing.

How do I cancel?

Click Cancel subscription in Settings › Billing. No further charges are made, and your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, and onboarding help is included in every plan.

Do you offer annual billing or discounts?

Yes. Standard yearly prices are shown by the yearly toggle. The first 10 companies can claim 12 months for the price of 6 monthly payments through our team. Our team confirms eligibility before you pay; after the first year the plan renews automatically at the standard yearly price.

What happens after my free trial?

Nothing is charged, because the trial never asks for a card. Pick a plan and subscribe with your card whenever you’re ready, and no data is lost.
